We are pleased to offer a selection of cheeses from our dairy farm. Freshly squeezed raw milk from cows raised at the Dairy Pasture in Nishio City is made into cheese at a workshop near the barn and shipped. Since it is additive-free natural cheese with no preservatives or preservatives, we are very careful about the temperature during transportation to prevent loss of freshness. We are able to offer this flavor because of the entire environment from the dairy farm to the time the cheese arrives at the store.
