We have a variety of gorgeous dishes using "old stock cheese" from Shiga Prefecture and seasonal oysters.
The first amuse to be tasted is "Old Stock Cheese" and pickle sable.
The delicate flavor will whet your appetite.
Appetizers include gazpacho gimauve and oven-baked oysters, each dish offering the bounty of the season.
In addition, guests will taste Milks' signature flavors in homemade fruit burrata and carpaccio.
The main course will be a dish of duck confit in a balsamic sauce.
And with luxurious pastas and desserts such as "Authentic Carbonara from the Cheese Shop" and "White Chocolate Mousse with Mint Sauce," you are sure to satisfy both your stomach and your mind!
At the end of the tour, participants will also receive a white chocolate cake made with Nishio matcha green tea.
